Please read the following Policies and Procedures for our Swim Lesson Program:

 

Lesson Payment:  Full payment is required at the time of registration using cash, credit card or personal check.  A new registration form, which includes our liability waiver, must be filled out, signed and turned in at the front desk before EACH new session.

 

Make up Class Procedure:  A new policy regarding make-up lessons is being implemented in 2012 to ensure that all our swimmers will gain the most out of their lessons.  If Swymfit must cancel a class for any reason, parents will be notified as soon as possible.  Swymfit will be responsible for scheduling a make-up class.  If the swimmer misses a group class or classes due injury or sickness, there is no guaranteed make-up class or refund without a doctor's note.  A doctor's note is required for all classes missed due to injury or sickness.  For circumstances in which a doctor's note is not available or due to personal scheduling issues, ONE make-up class will be offered at the end of the session on our posted Mak-Up Day as space allows.  There will be no make-up lessons available during the session.  This policy will allow our instructors to concentrate on their scheduled students and their personal progress and not have to worry about the skill set of swimmers joining mid session from another class.

Guppy:  10:00-10:30am  (Limit 3)

Level 1:  10:30-11:00am  (Limit 4)

Level 2:  11:00-11:30am  (Limit 4)

Level 3:  11:30-12:00pm  (Limit 4)

Level 4&5:  12:00-12:30pm  (Limit 6)

 

Swymfit Referral Program:  If you and your children enjoy our Swim Program - why not refer a friend of family member?  We would like to offer a Reward Card - a $120 value - to anyone who refers a friend to the Swim Lesson Program.  This Reward Card is good for 3 Family Visits.

 

We will also provide families who sign up more than one child per session a Reward Card.  Come and swim with your family - It's more fun than movie night and the whole family gets to exercise!
