Water Aerobics:
Yes, even as an adult you can have a very effective water workout and have a blast doing it! Our instructor Denise is top of the charts. She will get your body moving, heart pumping and work those muscles all while smiling to the beat of the music. Definitely a Swymfit favorite and a wonderful class to bring a friend and then grab a cup of coffee together afterward.
Swymfit Classes:
These unique classes consist of deep water exercises with the use of flotation belts for assistance and specialized water barbells and boards for resistance. Great way to improve your general health, return to full activity after joint surgery, prevent injury or prepare for a sporting event.

--> --> Our Swymfit Classes are recommended by doctors for people with knee, hip, and back problems. Please tell our staff if you have recently finished physical therapy or if you are getting yourself in shape for an upcoming surgery.

Swymfit 300 combines land and water exercise. Experience the same joint friendly, movement oriented pool routine on the land. Start in the exercise room and then move to the pool - enjoy the best of both worlds!
Swymfit Therapy and Private Training (These are an additional cost to your membership) These are scheduled 1 to 1 appointments focusing on a client's individual needs or specific goals. Semi-private training can be put together for friends who want to have a small group workout.
These water based classes were created by Swymfit's owner and founder Dr. Steve Victorson. With over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, his experience, education, and Masters Certification in the Burdenko Method have made it possible for Swymfit to have the most unique fitness programming in the area.
