MEET THE SWYMFIT STAFF

                        Steve Victorson, Founder and Owner
                             With a doctorate in Human Movement from Boston University, a Masters of 

                             Science and Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Education from Cal State

                             Hayward, and a Master certification in the Burdenko Method,  

                             Dr. Steve Victorson turned his passion into Swymfit. His vision is to introduce

                             and educate individuals on the benefits of adding Water Training to their

                             personal fitness routine.  His Programs have proven effective in

                             helping individuals with orthopedic injuries, arthritis, hip and knee replacement

                             as well as cardiovascular disease, stroke, and Parkinsons. The low stress

                             environment provided by the water allows for fluid and free movement without the impact of stress common to most land based routines.  With the addition of a properly designed water routine anyone in need of general health and fitness or rehabilitation and recovery can develop the freedom of movement and balance normally felt by athletes.  His clients come from all fitness levels and range in age from 8-84.

 

Dr. Victorson's programs have helped Olympic and World Champions, professional tennis players, figure skaters, ballet dancers, NBA players, state and national champion high school athletes, master's athletes, and a large number of individuals seeking various levels of general health and conditioning specific fitness goals.
