Our Swymfit Lesson Program is based on the

Red Cross "Learn-to-Swim" model

Signing your child up for swimming lessons is truly a gift that you give to your child.  Swimming is an activity that offers a lifetime of safety, fun, AND fitness!

Watch your child become more confident in the water while making new friends.  Each weekly lesson is a half-hour long.  Class sizes are kept small to ensure that each swimmer will get enough personal attention.  Swim caps are recommended for all swimmers with hair longer that 3 inches.  (Doing so will help keep hair out of eyes and mouth as well as to keep the pool clean.)

Private and Semi-Private lessons are also available upon request.

GUPPY - 3 children per class    This level is truly our most beginner level.  Two year olds are required to be in this class as well as any other children that are still working on attaining these standards.  Children will be in this level until they are comfortable with the water, can submerge their face, and can blow bubbles.

This group class is open to all swimmers in Level 4 and above who wish to continue to refine their dives, strokes and turns and finish the class with a workout.  The first half hour of the class is devoted to instruction and the last half hour will be the lap swim workout.  This class is ideal for those swimmers who are looking to improve their skill set each week (while also getting their heart rate up) and for those who want to have a more personalized, private swim team "lite" experience.

Start 2 Finish Clinic

Improve your racing dives, flip turns, open turns, and learn how to finish a race without losing a second.  This class is for level 3 and up.
